IRCC issued following two (2) temporary public policies offering a pathway to PR for refugee claimants that have been working in Canada in the health care sector during the COVID-19 pandemic and providing direct care to patients:

• one for applicants intending to reside in Quebec and
• one for applicants intending to reside in the rest of Canada)

Application Period: Applications can be submitted between December 14, 2020, and August 31, 2021.
